1. All Domestic Orders received will be shipped within 3 days from receiving the order , except pin code's that are not covered by regular delivery partners and shall require us to arrange shipping by Indian postal service , speed post or EMS , these orders can take up to 7 working days after receiving the order to be dispatched .

2.We endeavor to ship all orders with 24 hours of receiving your order however we keep a shipping protocol for All international Orders for dispatched between 3 to  7 working days from receiving the order except in specific cases where we have offered a special discount and a specific flat shipping rate which requires us to ship many products together and hence it can take up to 15 days to dispatch such orders . We will inform you upon receiving your order the shipping dates of your order .

3. All Domestic orders are delivered between 3 - 14 working days after shipping depending on the pin code and mode of delivery , i.e private courier service will have a faster delivery speed while government postal service may have a slower deliver speed . All international order can take between 7 to 45 days to be delivered depending on delivery partner , private courier service i.e Fedex , Dhl , UPS will deliver faster while Government postal services like EMS or speed post will take longer .

4.For pre order products , it can take 30 to 180 days after your order is received for dispatch depending on the order quantity , type of product and type of make of the product , we can discuss all these details before you order a product that is out of stock and is on pre order, or before you place an order for an bespoke product , email me at ceo@sukalp.life for any pre order product query or any custom bespoke orders.
